Sunshine's Message to All...

It's a good practice for us to have dreams and hope to hold on in life. Ironically, by having these conceptual qualities, are what sets us apart from animals. Human beings are endowed with the ability to think and determine which path to choose in life. However, for animals, how many have the luxury of choice? The needs of animals are simple, for example dogs. they usually just need a place for shelter, some food and love, whereby they can feel the affection and longing with some human touch. Such desires are pure and innocent. Yet, how many of us actually stop and ponder the needs of those innocent creatures?
I shall share more on the Animals topic at my next thread.

Sunshine's love for animals...

Lets bring the topic back on human beings. Each of us are born differently in many uniquely ways, culturally, socially and mentally. Some are able to learn and take any challenge that life gives them and communicate that experience themselves in a way that causes them to be successfully change things, to live and fulfill their dreams. However, how does one manage to gather the strength and courage to pursue these dreams? How many amongst us has the fighting spirits to face all these rejections and be able to standup for one's right and to turn them around into a bridge towards success?

The Colonel's Legacy

Have you heard about the story of the Founder of Kentury Fried Chicken, Colonel Sanders? When he started, he was nothing but a retiree with a fried-chicken recipe. That all's. No organization. No nothing'. He has owned a little restaurant that was going broke because the main highway had been routed elsewhere. When he got his first social security check, he decided he could make some money selling his chicken recipe. His first idea was to sell the recipe to restaurant owners and have them to give them a percentage of proceeds.

He drove around the country, sleeping in his car, trying to find someone who would back him. He kept changing his ideas and knocking doors. He was rejected 1,009 times, and then something miraculous happened. Someone said, "Yes". The Colonel was in business.

How many of you have a recipe? How many of you have the physical power and charisma of a chunky old man in a white suit? Colonel Sanders made a fortune because he had the ability to take massive, determined action. He has the personal power necessary to produce the results he desired most. He had the ability to hear the word "no" a thousand times and still communicate to himself in a way that got him to knock on the next door, totally convinced that its could be the one where someone could say YES.

These Successful people was able to withstand all the rejection, and yet proceed with perseverance, due to their belief and never give up attitude.

As saying by Nick Vujicic from the clip, sometime in life, if you fail down, you feel that you have no strength to get back up. Do you have hope? If you fail many times, and give up, will you be able to get up again? If you fail, you will try again and again.. and again. That is not the end. Its will depend how you want it to be. Will you want to finish its strong? You will find the strength to get up one again.

Now, Let me lead you back to my story.

As with some of you, I do have my own dreams to fulfill in life too. Even though there was an unforeseen incident that have had created an huge impact to my life, with my reputation being ruined by hearsay, thus nearly caused an end to my dreams. But, I shall never allow myself to be defeated. I will be standing strong with an unwavering determination, propelled by strength and desire to pursue these dreams. With each step, I'm lifting myself in encouragement to overcome my fear. My weapons are: Proper planning, learning and never give up attitude.

Sunshine, setting her dreams and direction firmly in her heart...

Along the learning path, there are bound to have obstacles. Equipped with a strong belief and perseverance, I will dispel off the discouragements, and set myself firmly to obtain the results I wanted. I shall try to push myself towards a point that of one's imagination. One day, I shall show the world, who I am Inside.

Looking at the mirror is a common habit in our daily lives as we prepared ourselves to show the very best to the world.

When you look into the mirror, what do you see? Do you see a happy and contented person or a worried person who is concealing one's own feelings? A mirror will always reveal the truth.

Honesty and innocence is something that usually exude in the heart of a young child, whereby every single smiles and laughter come out truly from within. Suffice to say, when children matures into adulthood, their mentality towards life changes as well. Many has chosen to hide their true personalities to survive this idealistic society, with fear that their true identities will not be accepted by general public. Moreover, how long can one's deny their own self? What happened to their childhood qualities? To me, these has been the unsettling questions in my heart.

Lets picture this: You are someone who has dreams and goals to motivate yourself in life. Upon every chance given, you will seize the opportunity to move a step further in achieving your dreams. Unexpectedly, your fate has been turned around due to an unforeseen incident, that came along with a sudden fame, in all the wrong reasons. All the dreams and goals you once had, has been crushed and being swept away completely. Due to this incident, your reputation have been destroyed, whereby your intention has been wrongly judged by the public. Now, you've been isolated, stigmatized and you are forced to put aside your dreams and hopes...

I'm Sunshine, leading you back to my story...

I once had a joyful and cheerful personality, and with that, I was able to bring smile and happiness to everyone around me.

Inside my heart, I always believed each and every of us have the right to live and be happy in life, though we may be born differently in races or nationalities. Each of us is born in this world for a particular reason. I always believe a second chance should be given, if we ever commit a folly.

In my own mindset, I tend to have an overly trusting perception towards everyone. For this, at times, I have unknowingly made my family and friends worried about me. However, I was just being myself, a lady who strongly believes in sincerity.

An incident happened to me on Year 2009, has dramatically changed my mindset towards the society. I would never have imagined that the mistake I have made, would cause such a huge impact towards the society. Thus the pressure expressed by all over has changed my personality from a cheerful character, into someone who is depressive, without any direction in life, with sadness and tears being my only companion.

Sunshine - the Transition of her life..

As the New Year begin, I have determine to start my life anew. But for that, I have to fool the world by hiding my true identity, by putting on a mask in order to blend myself into the workforce. Now, with every single step taken, I will have to plan discreetly, and to regain my confidence in life again. However, with my dreams and goals being set aside, will I ever find my true self again? Only time will tell...

Sunshine bidding Farewell to Year 2009

Year 2009 has passed and marks an individual historal year for each of us. When the clock strike 12am heralding a brand New Year, the starry skies was bursting with beautiful fireworks display at Marine Bay. That magical moment brought feelings of joys to every heart, and along with new hopes and life to each and every one. This, includes myself, with determination to leave all my sorrows behind.

In Year 2009, I have destroyed my dreams unintentionally through my own folly, which I have regretted ever since. There is no turning back to the past, and amend my actions anymore. Just like a newborn baby, I have to start from zero again. All my dreams, my direction and path have to be put on-hold. Thus, forcing me to start my life anew from a different path and perspective right from this moment.

However, with the beginning of this New Year, I still strongly believe in my dreams and desires... Perhaps time will reveal my dreams someday.....
